They came out to my house for an estimate right away. Scheduled service occurred the following week. They were prompt, efficient, CLEAN, friendly, businesslike and did a spectacular job on some really dirty carpet. They left me with info on how to maintain carpet inbetween cleanings and did NOT try and push extra services on me.They followed up several days later to ask if I was satisfied and if I had any questions.

On time for the estimate and Phil looked over everything top to bottom. When the day came for the actual work Chad and Gary called a few mintues before arriving to let me know they were on their way. They were on time which is something I'm very picky about. Both Phil and Chad answered my questions and at the end of the day the final price matched the estimate so no hidden costs involved. Cleaned up after themselves and let me borrow their ladder for some additional cleaning I wanted to do. Would definetely use Captain Clean again.

They arrived on time and after putting on special footwear, proceeded to clean the living room, dining room, den and bedroom carpets. They raked out the carpets when the cleaning was complete. Their efforts were non stop from start to finish. The carpets were dry by the end of the day and looking fantastic.

Captain Clean has been caring for my home for over 10 years. One (unfortunate) time I chose another service (enticed by a coupon) and the difference was dramatic (very poor). Captain Clean staff are very professional and considerate of my home. They are impeccable in appearance, trustworthy in character and respectable. Everything they move and put back is handled very carefully. Special attention is given to how and where things are placed. The work they do is the very best. They take their time and do an outstanding job. I've recommended Captain Clean to many, many people and find them worthy of the highest possible recommendation.
