My transmission went out on a weekend. I called several places for prices on used and rebuilt transmissions. Broadway Car Care did the most to try and find me a good used transmission and explained the differences of buying a used vs. rebuilt transmission. I went with the rebuilt transmission since I was going to keep the car for several years. They ordered the transmission, it came in 2 days later and they put in the next day. They called to update me through the whole process and never pressured me. I would go back to them again.
