They were very professional, explained everything to me. Unfortunately Anderson requires special order for replacement parts, so a second appoint was required.

.Arrived on time and maintained professional but pleasant demeanor throughout. Initially I had asked to rekey the existing mechanisms, but after walking through with the technician, we decided on some replacements as well as a new installation of a deadbolt on the garage access door to the back yard.
The work was completed in a couple of hours, partly due to a need for additional parts based on my desired upgrades. Overall very satisfied and I would use them again if the need arose.

I called Bowman's around 4 PM on Tuesday, and they told me they could come the next day. The guy called to let me know he was on his way, and arrived right when he said he would. He was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Came out within 24 hours of my call. Advised me of a $15 off coupon that I was not aware of. Went above and beyond to fix a couple of issues that he did not have to fix (adjusted door and fixed a knob that was upside down). I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this company!

Eric at Bowman's did a great job for us! He listened to what we wanted, asked questions, and reviewed the order with us before he started work. We said we could wait 1-2 days for the locks, but he called us on the afternoon of the same day to let us know that our order was done. The price was very reasonable and I also chose a super-cute door key that I've never seen anywhere else. We would recommend Bowman's to everyone.
