The last time I went there I had my front brakes fixed because they were warped, had a tie rod replaced that was loose, installed new tires put and had an alignment completed. I used the shuttle to get a ride to Mayo and they also picked me up from work.

The most recent time I came here, I scheduled in advance to have a fuel filter replaced. The appointment time was confirmed and I arranged to have the car dropped off, so it could be started first thing the next morning. The next day, about 2 hours prior to close, I got a phone call saying they didn't think a fuel filter was required based on my recommended service. When I asked them to check- they admitted it did. Then they told me their contact at the dealership wasn't there, so they couldn't get the part in until the next day. Even if they could, it wouldn't be ready for yet another day. So they said the next business day (Monday) they would verify with their dealership and quot;contactand quot; availability of the fuel filter and they would let me know. After hanging up, I called the dealership parts department and they had the fuel filter in stock! That Monday, they never called back as promised and that is when I decided I'd never return there again.

They were professional and friendly. They have great knowledge of their profession. I am impressed with their performance and will continue to use their quality service if needed.

When I called to make an appointment the person I talked to did a great job setting up my appointment. The next day I arrived to find one of the nicest waiting areas that I have seen. My service advisor was competent and professional. The work was completed in a professional manner with great attention to detail. I do many of my own car repairs. They did everything that I would have done working on my own car. A week after my work was done they did a follow up call to make sure everything was going OK. It was a great experience overall!

These guys are fantastic. I come from a long line of and quot;Junk Driversand quot;. I'm always sceptical about auto repair. They have treated me well (4x).
We were heading out to MT on vacation when, at mile 1, my tranny crapped out. I had AAA tow it to their shop. They diegnosed it, suggested a used tranny with 1/2 the miles of my last and installed it. 90 day warrenty and the car works great.
