It’s very good. They were be able to schedule it quickly. It’s very good they got back to us with that kind of manner.

I called this company to inquire about a water softener. They were very accomodating about scheduling a time for the rep to come out to evaluate what we needed. My husband and I wanted to discuss the purchase so we told him we would get back to him. We were very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of his service. We called him back that evening to let him know we would purchase the Kinnetico. He asked that we call the office in the morning to schedule a time for installation. I called on Thursday morning and we were scheduled for that Friday afternoon. Very happy that this could be done so soon. The gal at the office gave us a window of 12-2pm and said they could call 45 min ahaead of time so I could plan around the time. When they called the installer was ahead of schedule and I was away from the house so we made arrangements to have him there at 11:45. He arrived promptly, was very courteous, installed the system with little fuss AND cleaned up the mess. When my husband got home he was impressed by how nicely he had taken care of the water lines, etc. We are completely satisfied AND now we have soft water. YAY!!

Everything went well. There were no surprises. Tyler was very polite and careful in his installation. He made no mess and even wiped up a few drops of water that had hit the floor in the entry area.
