It went extremely well. Rick showed me 4 homes within an hour. He had all the information printed on each place, had made a folder for me, and included a pen so I could take notes which was very helpful. I'm just getting started and he gave me several tips.

Took off about 99% of the stress of the whole process. We had two little ones (3 and 5), plus full time + jobs. He wanted us to sign exclusivity agreement only when we found what we REALLY wanted, never pushy, always taking the time to get the BEST for us and nothing else. He was more like a counselor, in addition to his obviously significant professional skills.
