Very happy my search for lawn mower repair led here. Very good service and it's so helpful that they pick up and drop off my mower. Would definitely use their business again and highly recommend!

I filled out their web form on a Monday, was contacted on Wednesday, they picked it up on Thursday and had it repaired and delivered back to me on Friday. Granted, your repair timeline may not be this incredibly epic, but they communicated well via Text, the price was fair and they greatly exceed my expectations. Other SnowBlower repair shops were booked out 8-12 weeks and did not do pickup and delivery. 100% recommend. Jim and team were awesome.

I can’t speak highly enough for the work done on my Craftsman 42 inch lawn tractor. Came to my home on Saturday and thoroughly serviced and made repairs in a efficient and economical basis. 5 stars all the way around.

Our regular small engine repair person decided not to service our area this season, so I searched for another local business and I'm glad I went with Twin Cities Lawn and Snow Blower Repair! I have a 4 year old snow blower that has been causing problems for the past few years. The engine starts but doesn't have enough power to push the snow and end even stops. I called this company to assess and resolve the problem. They promptly responded and picked up the snow blower from my home. So far, so good. The first quote I received included replacement of spark plug and other things that were clearly not needed. Spark plug in particular was replaced a year ago and was visibly new. Upon my questioning, I got a new quote that only included the repair of the engine (carburetor cleanup and tune up). 5 Days later, I asked to know an estimate time when it would be fixed. I was told "I'll let you know when it's done". So, I had to basically wait and hope it would be done in an acceptable time. 9 days later, it was ready and dropped back at my house, literarily, a couple of hours before a forecasted snow storm. Unfortunately, it was still having the same problem as before. It was still very problematic to get all the snow out of the driveway. The next day I reached out through email and was told it could have been the extreme weather, very cold temperature, or the amount of snow (which in theory this snow blower should be able to handle) and received other "tips". A couple of weeks later, another snow storm dropped about 4 inches of light snow. The temperature now was average for the winter and yet again, the snow blower did not work properly. I again told them about this situation and this time, after 3 days, I did not receive a response. Conclusion: I was charged $200 to fix a problem and that did not happen. They didn't take charge of the work either and acted very unprofessionally.

Extremely well! The process to arrange pickup was easy and fast, I got an informative estimate with request to authorize, and really fast repair and delivery back to me. They wen above and beyond by sending a specific list of tips, dos and donts for my machine for both the winter season and offseason. Fast, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a fair price. I highly recommend.

They were very professional and courteous with their service. I would hire again for snowblower or lawnmower repair. The communication throughout the entire process was second to none!

Services were provided in a very professional manner and my lawn mower was returned to excellent condition after not working at the beginning of the lawn mowing season. I would note that they do get very busy in the summer mowing season, and when they took on my repair it took some time for them to be able to get to it. They indicated the time frame it would take to do the job and were right on with their estimate, but due to their backlog of jobs, it took some time before they could take care of it.

I hired them to do an end of season tune-up on my lawn mower. Scheduling was quick and easy and they showed up to perform the service on time. However, when I went to start my lawn mower this spring, it would not start. I tried many different things to get it started, but it does not work. The folks said my lawn mower was working just fine when they did the tuneup, but now I doubt the quality of their work since my mower is now basically out of commission. :-(

They were able to get me in right away and were easy to work with. Snow blower runs like new!

Very slow to respond to inquiry. They took the snowblower carburetor. When it was reinstalled I was surprised with an expensive bill.

Once we finally connected, it was an excellent experience. Let the mower out back and when I got home, it was serviced, cleaned and ran wonderfully.

Hard to get a hold of but great work. Tried several times to schedule another service but was unsuccessful.

He did it at the beginning of the season. I called them on July 14th to follow up on the repair on the second mower and they didn't return the call. They charged me $60 for the lawnmowers together.

They didn't answer their phone or respond to my messages. They never showed up.

This experience was extremely poor. We are still dealing with some problem. We dealt with Jim Michaelson. Early in the summer, he was doing a repair on-site. He was coming to my home. He did a tuneup on my riding lawn mower and I also have a push mower which was broken. He took it apart and could not find the part to repair it. He told me he was going to come back to follow up. Now, were in September and have not had the part since late June/early July. He was going to order the part and I prepaid for a tune-up which was not done on that push mower. It was going to be in the $60 range or something like that. I'm still waiting on the part. He said he cannot find the part for the lawn mower, which is not an old-old one exactly. I said, "I'm very, very disappointed", let's put it that way. Their pricing is fine. The one works properly, the other one is still in parts. I had to make a few phone calls to them coming because they cancelled on us a few time because they were too busy.

Good. Thought lawnmower would work a lot better after the tuneup. I didn't get a report on the tuneup.
