Tim Lund Painting

All three jobs went fabulous. Tim was super easy to work with, very responsive, very accommodating and his prices were very competitive. I was (and still am) very pleased with the final results. He deserves special kudos for the big kitchen cabinet job. He worked real **** ** those cabinets and the results helped transform my kitchen. Thanks Tim!

Tim did a great job- the new cabinets look fantastic! We are so pleased with the work that we have considered having him paint the rest of our trim and doors on our main floor. He worked very efficiently and left the house just as clean as when he started. He was personable and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

I've had Tim do a fair amount of painting and staining for me. He's usually booked out quite a while, but I call him whenever I have lead time on work I need done. He's responsive and does high quality work at a reasonable cost.

I really enjoyed having him in my house, the work done was great, and he even cleaned everything up after. He had a point of getting everything accomplished before Thanksgiving even though he has some other issues that came up.

It was a very good experience. He did quality work, he was neat, prompt and he was a fair estimate.

Tim was very professional in his craft. He also handled a couple small projects that needed touch up painting. He is a great guy and cleans up the mess each day . His estimates were fair and he was always punctual! We will be calling him for future projects.

Tim was great to work with and we were very comfortable having him in our home.  We let Tim work on his own during the day and he always left the kitchen spotless and cleaned up his equipment.  The few times I was home with Tim was there, I enjoyed talking with him and noticed his great work ethic, attention to detail, and wonderful customer service.  Like I mentioned above, Tim was agile in moving the dates of our project due to our closing being pushed.  Overall, very happy with the end result, the cabinets literally look like a new, beautiful white kitchen which really updated our old/dated light maple.  Would definitely recommend and we plan to use Tim in the future.

Everything went beautifully and with great efficiency and care.  Tim just went to town and did all of this in an amazingly short time by working with great concentration.  His repair of the various holes and dents in our walls was first-rate and they are no longer visible.  He is very careful and there was no dripping or mess.  He puts down lots of drop-cloths so we were able to leave our furniture in the rooms.  He removes vents, switchplates and so on and used lots of painters' tape so that everything is neat.  His application of paint is faultless - there are no streaks.  The walls are perfect.  We were delighted that Tim actually purchased the paint so we didn't have to worry about that.  In addition, and this is really an important part, he gave us excellent advice about our kitchen paint.  We'd hired a color consultant so that we'd do the right thing after having our kitchen remodeled.  But the shade that the consultant chose didn't really sit right with us and we asked Tim for his opinion.  He gave us an idea of what he thought might work and he was so right.  We love it!
Tim is also an easy person to have around the house.  We enjoyed having him here.  He is thoughtful and so obviously cares about his work.  It really shows!  We know we have found our painter and will call upon Tim when it is time to do further painting at our house.  We recommend him so very highly.
We'd also like to make the point that when Tim left each day he cleaned everything up beautifully and left the house so it was easy to live in from day to day.
We have great appreciation for the excellent work done by Tim.  He is a fine gentleman and a true craftsman.

Tim's bid was competitive, not the lowest or highest, but his attention to detail during the bid process and calm, professional demeanor was why we initially choose Tim.  Both my wife and I couldn't have been happier that we used Tim.  I've used many painters over the years and I'm picky. Tim was always on time (several days of work), very polite and respectful of my wife/kids, always laid tarps over the floors, very conscientious about cleaning up and vacuuming as he went along, and was on his hands/knees cleaning up miniature paint specs from the floor every night before he went home.  Always double checked with my wife to be sure what time he could start the next morning, knowing she has to run kids to/from school.  In terms of the work itself, it is spectacular, truly exceeded my own high expectations.  Every evening he would point out small things that he noticed (flaws in wood, etc), then made recommendations on how he could make it look great, but careful not to do anything that we didn't approve or talk about.  Tim's the kind of professional tradesman that you don't mind having at your house for long periods of time, he is always working hard, very courteous, punctual, and his prepping and painting skills are as good as I've ever seen.  I can't recommend him highly enough.
