We recently hired Sod Smith LLC to sod our yard and couldn't be more impressed. Kaleb was personal yet professional, and had good communication with me, along with answering all of my questions, which made the process easy! Micah and his crew were good to work with. They were respectful, hardworking, and did an excellent job with clean-up. You couldn't even tell they were here! We also signed up for the Establishment Plan. Our Field Tech Cali is great. She comes weekly and checks the sod growth, and today she did out first mow. It looks fabulous! The end result looks amazing! I have been very impressed with the level of communication of the team around expectations, how they work and how they support their customers. They make it easy to pay online, they respond to questions immediately. Lovely touch of a box left with care instructions, referral cards, citronella handle and golf ball. This company takes pride in their work and cares about their clients. I will continue to refer them and will rehire when I sod my back yard.
