Since 1984, POSTERS ON BOARD has been offering its unique Wood Mounting method of picture framing. Your artwork is permanently VACUUM MOUNTED to a solid, yet light-weight, 3/8” board, cut with a beveled edge & painted the color of your choice. Wood Mounting enhances the art, creating a subtle, framed effect. WHAT CAN BE WOOD MOUNTED? Posters, Art Prints, Diplomas, Letters, Newspaper Articles, Certificates, Photographs, Kids’ Art, Sheet Music, Book & Program Covers, Brochures, Menus, Maps, Greeting Cards, Cartoons, Drawings, Labels, Puzzles, Magazine or Calendar pages… just about anything! Most paper-based items are perfect candidates for custom Wood Mounting. Plus, we add a MATTE FINISH ACRYLIC Coating, instead of glass, for a non-glare appearance. Sawtooth hangers are mounted on the back for easy hanging. For artwork that our customers choose to frame, we offer a full range of choices for CUSTOM FRAMING, as well. All of the work is done in-house by our highly experienced staff. Posters On Board also has the LARGEST INVENTORY OF POSTERS in the Twin Cities area! Our thousands of posters are arranged in 40 different categories to help you select the artwork of your choice, as well as catalogs of prints that are available to be ordered. HOME DECOR is the newest service we offer. Becky is a talented seamstress, with many years of sewing experience & Mercedes' background is in Interior Design. Today, I picked up 4 very special pieces of framed art that I wanted reframed and new UV glass used.. The input from the owners was very helpful when choosing the new frames.. One piece had shells from Sanibel around the artist proof and they looked wonderful in the cut out mat. I've had lots of experiences with other framers and these guys are just the best in the business AAA+++
