We were worried that it would be days, at best, before someone would be able to come out. Marlowe's answered our call and came out the same day! The service provider was pleasant and answered all my husband's questions, providing a bit of a tutorial for future reference. And when we asked if we should be looking at a new unit, we were pleasantly surprised to be told this was top of the line for when it was installed and there was no need to look at a replacement.
As my husband said, with this weather, the speed of the response to our call and the way the service provider took the time to show my husband how to take care of things in future, made this a bargain!
