I called. Joe answered and was able to work clearing my driveway into his already full schedule. He is personable and friendly. He was prompt and efficient, his work was excellent, clean and thorough. It is obvious he cares about what he does because he did such a good job. He worked around two sets of outdoor stairs and trash bins in a narrow driveway. His truck is equipped with a salter and the engine is quiet, which I appreciate living in a quiet neighborhood with close neighbors.

Last year, he serviced my yard for the entire summer. He did a good work, he was very efficient, and very professional. But I mentioned to him an area that was needed to be cut and it was overlooked several times. So he had to come back to do it.

Last year 2016 was our first year using Joe After dealing with one of the large companies it was so nice to work with Joe...he returns calls...crew is usually the same and actually remembers to shut all gates etc. and are very responsive to requests. We will use him again this year...highly recommended.

We used his snow removal last year and we are using it again this year for my son.
I bought it for my son as a present, but I pay for it, so that is how I use Joe?s Lawn & Snow. He is excellent!
I think the price is reasonable, they come back when there is a little bit of snow and they clean it up again.
They come and mark off his driveway and sidewalks, they are conscientious.

They can improve on the professionalism. We had to call and say, 'Hey, you didn't do this and you didn't do that.' He would always complain about, 'Oh, it's been a rough day.' He was always making excuses.

Very impressed, they staked every place they had to remove the snow (sidewalks and stairs) property lines.
They did a great job, no snow no ice left on sidewalk and stairs.
Met Joe, very nice and professional and has the equipment for the job and the personal. I have no concerns that this job will be done and done correctly. I'm so happy to have found a professional company that I can count on for this year and years to come.

Joe and his crew did a great job of cleaning up our yard and taking the leaves away for compost.
He replied immediately to my initial email and set a date for the cleanup. He called before he was scheduled to be here and said that not enough leaves had fallen yet and suggested we wait a couple of days. Rescheduled and kept me updated. When done with the cleanup, Joe also informed me of other services available from his company.

They were quick to respond to my questions, provide an estimate and schedule the work once approved. However during the cleanup they did leave leaves behind a hose reel in the back yard and there were a couple of areas near the patio and fence they did not do a good job of trimming. During the weekly mowing they skipped a wedge shaped area in the back next to the fence and storage shed. It looks as though they take shortcuts and as long as the work is good enough then they will leave it as is. Since I had to get my lawn mower out and finish the job I have decided to go with another business.

Extremely responsive and thorough. During heavier snows, the team comes by at least twice to ensure the job is complete. After each snow event, the owner also comes by to check on his team's quality, and to touch up and areas that have received more snow or aren't perfectly clear. Outstanding service. Put n/a for price, as we haven't received first bill yet; but will update when that comes.

For the first time, I am very satisfied with a lawn care providers work. Joe Mather and crew were very thorough, prompt, responsive, and seemed to be genuinely concerned about doing a good job. Seem to have a good ol' fashion work ethic, instead to the usual "do the minimum to get by" job others provide.
