NIGHTMARE Oil Change! Our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee went in for a simple oil change. On our way home the oil sprayed and leaked out because the oil filter wasn't installed properly. Greg House offered to pay for a 3 year 30,000 mile warranty to cover any potential future damage to the Jeep due to the engine losing all it's oil. This was July 25th, 2019. In March of 2020, the radiator developed a leak. At this time we found out that Greg House never entered the extended warranty with Fidelity Warranty Services and we had to pay $1,270.00 for the radiator repair out of pocket. Greg House was informed of the warranty problem and he assured us he'd take care of the problem with the Fidelity Warranty. On 03/30/2020 Greg House sent me an unsigned contract with a JM&A Group back dated to 07/25/2019 but invoiced 03/30/2020. My name is spelled wrong and the city I live in is incorrect on the new contract. This isn't only a shady business but also extremely difficult to deal with. They can be very nice until something goes wrong. Buyer Beware!
