GREAT!  Sid and his crew are great.  Fast, involved in their work, talented and willing to look hard for issues that the home owner has with the old roof.
Follow up and communications in general were very good - even while Sid was working on another job.
Would highly recommend to anyone....and Have done so.
Being a retired Engineering manager and Sr project manager for a Fortune 50 company, I get kind of picky about contractors.

Sid is both very nice and highly professional, and so are his employees. He was responsive, stayed within his estimate, and he did a very good job. Like other contractors, we asked him for an estimate for the roof and chimney, and he was the only contractor to tell us that we wouldn't need a new roof. Just a to fix the leaking spots would be fine. We should wait with the new roof until we were able to do a new insulation for our old house, which would decrease our heating costs. And that was what we decided to do right away.

VERY POSITIVE, IT WAS DONE QUICKLY AND WELL. HE RE-PAINTED TRIM WHEN THE NEW GUTTERS DID NOT COVER IN THE SAME AREAS AS THE OLD. SID WAS RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE IN DELIVERING THE WORK PROMISED AND WE WOULD USE HIM AGAIN. HE WAS ALSO ONE OF THE LOWEST BIDDERS.
