This business is prompt, and does really good work. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. Every employee I've encountered is friendly and helpful. I will not call anyone else for service.

We were told by another company that we couldn't repair our furnace, we'd have to buy a new one. We called Wilcox and they came out and looked at it and said, no problem, we can replace that part, and they did for a lot less than a replacement! We also had them install a new water heater at the same time. They did an excellant job on both. I will be using them for all our Heating and Plumbing needs from now on. They're great to work with.
