Greenwaldt Tree Service

Dan was friendly and down-to-earth. We appreciated the fact that he was flexible in his schedule as we wanted to make sure the leaves were fully out before they performed services so any dead branches would be clearly visible to be removed. We were very pleased with Greenwaldt Tree Service's competitive pricing for our tree removal and trimming needs and consequently, the pricing is the main reason we chose them.  The trees that were trimmed look nice:  Canopies were shaped well, dead branches were removed, and trees were thinned appropriately. Greenwaldt Tree Service did a nice job of clean up:  Sidewalk was broom-swept. Rocks that grass and gardens were respected and not damaged. Very minimal damage was incurred to the trees surrounding the two large trees that were cut down and removed. (FYI:  The locust tree in the back yard was in VERY tight quarters; the cut, pieced tree had to be hauled away on less than a three-foot wide path.) Dan was responsive to any requests we had. He and his crew of two were very conscientious of quality work. In the future, we would be confident to use this business. As a matter of fact, our neighbor saw their work and hired them to trim their tree after finishing our job.
We want to note there was some miscommunication in regard to the trimming of our River Birch. In the future, we would make sure the specifics of trimming would be in writing to ensure we are all on the same page. We also suggested to Dan that we would have appreciated if telephone communication/arrival timing could have been better.
