Horrible service. Management never follows through with what they say they will do. The last cleaning team damaged our door by trying to break in and when we brought this up with the management team they had the nerves to yell at us saying that never happened. Cleaners never on time and hard to plan your day when you do not know when the cleaning team will show up. The cleaning teams in general are not thorough. Stay away!!

They're just not very good. They looked like they were cleaning, but nothing ever got clean. The people were nice, that's the only reason they received an extra star. Going by their work, I'd give them 1 star. I've used their service every two weeks for approximately 1/2 year and they made their last visit today 2/2/17. I have to re-clean or re-organize half of what they do each visit. They claim they send managers around from time to time to check up on their crews to make sure they're doing a good job - on their initial visit they made it look good by sending someone around, since then I haven't seen ANYONE. The employees seem to want to go through the motions and get out of the house as fast as possible and that was obvious. They also have problems with instructions. Today, one of the last straws was 2.5 hours of paper work I now have to completely re-do. I asked them THREE TIMES. Please don't touch the kitchen table, leave the paperwork, DO NOT TOUCH IT...THREE TIMES. I walked into my office for a bit, came back out and my work had been destroyed. Some of their employees don't speak English very well, but these two acknowledged to me that they understood what I was saying each time I asked. I'm done.

Average cleaning. Irritating time slots. The cleaners would show up first thing in the morning, while or even before, my wife and I would be getting ready for work. Then they wanted to charge us extra for requesting custom time slots. Really? Just for asking them to show up anytime after 10:00 a.m.?

Boy was I lucky! My "substitute" Crew of Violina and Jake were AWESOME! I cannot speak highly enough of their thoroughness, attention to detail, truly getting in the corners, moving all the items when dusting...they did it all! Violina and Jake have been the BEST TEAM I've ever had from The Cleaning Authority ever. May I please have them as my regular crew please?! Thank you Violina and Jake :)

We are long term clients with no concerns until early 2016. Shortly after 5% price increase, the level of service dropped. The office 1) started sending new teams where both members had never been to our house before and 2) stopped sending out supervisor/inspector to check on new teams. Both husband & I work from home, so orienting & training green teams takes away from our work and income time. I sent email to office manager expressing my concerns, requesting at least one member of team to be someone familiar with our home, or prior notice and a reasonable discount if we need to do this for them. Response was a snippy "find someone else if our service doesn't work for you", however, teams for our next two cleanings had been briefed on our concerns & did great work. Today, the team sent is completely new & I had to orient them to entire house, even though I had informed office that I would be recovering from foot surgery. As someone with extensive corporate management & leadership experience, it is clear the business has grown & the scope of the office manager's job has grown beyond the person's comfort zone. The cleaning teams are great, so it is especially sad to see a superior business degrading to just run of the mill.

Generally ok to good depending on the cleaning team you got. We had a few issues with breakage that were not handled very well. We dropped them when they tried to increase our price over 25% out of the blue with no justification. That is also the basis for our not hiring them again.

This was my second device with them and it was better than the first I have to say. After complaining about the first "A" cleaning and having them come back and redo it they had a total of 4 cleaners this time to do deep clean part "B" 1 was an lead/inspector and the other 3 were cleaners. All were extremely friendly. When I requested all window track be done they were fine with doing them. The only suggestion would be to pay attention to detail as when I closed my windows that part was still dirty and I had to clean them. But over all a much better experience. Hopefully they continue.

We have been using the Cleaning Authority for the last few months and are very pleased with their service. We asked to have the same people come and do the work since we have 2 dogs and we wanted the dogs to get used to the same team coming into our house. They are very professional, efficient and the house looks wonderful when they leave.
