+ -1 moreDerek was responsive. He returned my call, was on time for the initial appointment, and gave me a bid for the work. He made several useful suggestions. Derek is a rather quiet, low-key individual, but his work ethic and dedication to quality is first rate. His bid, though not the cheapest I received was reasonable. Once I hired him, he kept to his work schedule and did an excellent job.
Description of Work: I have a maple kitchen floor (about 200 sq.ft.) that badly needed to be sanded and refinished.
