On Christmas Day 2017, my sewer system started to slow down. The next day, I called Sewer Works II at 8:00 am. With below zero temps and an extremely cold wind chill, they came to inspect my system and found a faulty sewer lift pump. I had both tanks pumped and the pump replaced with a better pump than I was getting at the local home improvement stores. By 1 pm we were fully operational. Considering the cost and time spent, I will never install an off the shelf pump again. They were courteous, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will use them for future services.
