Xtreme Pest Solutions

On June 2, I found Xtreme Pest Solutions as one of your recommended providers. I requested their phone number but did not call because they had zero reviews. In a few minutes, Beau, the founder and owner of Xtreme P. S., called me. Beau was enthusiastic and told me “ 100% We can be there and take care of your problem”. He also mentioned that he would have a tech call me the next morning to set-up a time for service on Thursday, June 4. No one called on Wednesday, June 3. On June 4, Thursday, I called Beau to inquire about the service. He acted like we had never spoken. ( I had even texted him a pix of the area in need of service. He texted back to say that he appreciated this opportunity to offer service to me and that he looked forward to me writing his first review for Angie’s List). Beau asked me to tell him about my project . This made me concerned since we had a rather lengthy conversation two days prior..He said he would talk with a tech and get someone out on Friday, June 5. Austin arrived right on time, 9 am. He set traps on the tree and left. He gave me his phone number to call him if I needed help.. Beau did not inform me that the traps would kill the squirrels and leave them hanging DEAD on the tree. Austin returned twice on Friday to collect dead squirrels from traps. But he reset the traps and a squirrel and a chipmunk were caught immediately. The dead animals hung on the tree from Friday to Monday. I called Beau and Austin to please take away the dead animals hanging in plain view on my tree, on my deck. No response. Austin arrived on Monday , June 8. He took away the dead animals. I told him to please remove the traps..it was not about Austin. I did not like the process and the lack of service. If you’re going to set that type of trap, you need to be available to help your customers, even if it is over the weekend. I do not think that this type of provider should be listed on Angies List..
