Dave immediately came out and looked at the tires before booking an appointment, and showed me that the tires really were fine and would probably continue to be fine until the Fall. He gave me an honest opinion, explained it to me, and saved me a lot of money. The level of service, honesty, fairness and good humor I always experience with these guys is consistently top-notch.

I went in for a battery draw test for a battery that keeps draining (I had already replaced my battery twice and expected an issue). Several previous shops insisted my battery tested fine and that they could not find a draw. Sebastian's did the test as I specifically requested (because there are several posts for the 2007 Acura MDX having battery draw issues). They determined there was no draw BUT they also determined that the battery was completely dead AND National Tire and Battery sold me a battery that is not strong enough for my vehicle. My NTB battery was on warranty so I got my money back from that. Sebastian's also guarantees their work.
This is a great independent local shop (not a big chain shop). They spoke to me in easy-to-understand terms and I feel, for the outstanding service I received, the price was more than fair. I definitely found my new preferred local auto repair shop!
