Service was done for my elderly parents. Great service and friendly tech. He fixed and modified the tub in order to use less expensive parts....instead of just replacing things. Overall it was a great experience and my parents are very happy.

Great! They came out at the very beginning of their projected window and fixed it really quickly! The tub needed a part and they miraculously had it! The tub was in the dysfunctional state for years and several other services had given up or become unreachable after coming out. These guys are great! They should come up on the category search more easily. I would like to see them in the first page, but they do not come up at all in the category search. If you want people to like Angie's List better, contact this provider and help them with their search-ability! Google found their native sites and on your site better than your search. (The picture of the tub shows it a little soiled, that is on us not the service people.)

He got the hot tub temporarily working again after a diagnostic visit. He provided a couple of repair options, ordered replacement parts, and returned a couple weeks later to complete the repair. Additionally, at our request, he and his employee spent time reviewing every spa chemical we had on hand and providing instructions on how to better care for the water. This is the second major repair we hired Paul and his company to complete. His prices are reasonable, he is very knowledgeable, and they provide good customer service. Our experience was much better than when we hired other, larger companies that often required several trips, cost more, and provided more limited repair options.

Paul is excellent.  He was very timely in his response.  Even though we live quite a distance, he was willing to work out a time to do our repairs.  I have not been happy with a different service provider that was recommended by Americ and had consequently delayed for nearly a year getting our steam shower repaired.   Paul was punctual and quick once here.  Unlike the usual plumbing job where I have to clean up after they leave, Paul was very tidy.  
 I am quite happy to have found Paul.  He is excellent.  I would recommend his service to anyone. 

Paul with Pool and Spa Patrol provides fantastic service! He is experienced and has helped us several times in a pinch with short notice work. He also helped transfer knowledge of pool basics to help us reduce our costs by doing things on our own. I highly recommend Paul's company.

Called Paul about a leaky valve on our pool filter. He came out right away to take a look so he could order the right part. In less than a week he was back and installed the new valve. He was courteous, prompt, knowledgable, professional and reasonable. Highly recommend him.
