JIM HAS BEEN OUR TECHNICIAN SINCE EARLIER IN THE YEAR. RECENTLY HE SET UP MY NEW LAPTOP. HE ALWAYS DOES MORE THAN REQUIRED AND BILLS US FOR LESS THAN THE TIME ACTUALLY ON THE JOB. GREAT SERVICE, VERY CO-OPERATIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
