THE WORK IS NOT FINISHED! We gave Tim our deposit of $1200.00 on 4/23/07. We chose Tim for his friendly personality and that he had finish carpenter. A requirement of ours. We advised him we didn't want a "jack of all trades and the master of none." He assured us we would be happy and "his job was not done until we were satisfied." He didn't use drop cloths so his worker(s) got paint on brand NEW carpet. When removing base & trim his worker ripped sheetrock off which still needs to be repaired & repainted. Today, 9/11/07 some of the doors are unfinished and only some of the casing & base is installed. The walls also still need to be repaired. During the job, I found him cutting our base trim because he had only hired the finish carpenter for part of the day not to complete the entire job as agreed upon. He told us he would be here 3 weeks ago to work again. We have not heard from or seen him since! And, he also brought his dog to the work site with him. Beware! Beware!

The spray-painters on 2 of 2 occasions were not wearing any respiratory filtration masks: within 10 seconds of entering the house during their task, I already had a headache from the fumes. The paint is flaking from the new wooden window sills and fading a strange rancid-yellow in other places. "Putty" (used in between the baseboards and the wall) with time has discolored an unattractive gray-green. I don't know what they are masters of, but it's certainly not Painting.

Tim is very conscientious and thorough. He took the extra time to scrape and make needed repairs. Seems to be very knowledgable and experienced. His prices are very competitive.
