My Father's Son Fence and Design

We hired Wade to install vinyl fencing in June 2020. He is very quick to respond when he comes to give you a bid and pick up his check. Then it is week after week of "I'll know more next week." "The materials are on the truck and will be here this week." Etc. every single week. We were ALWAYS the ones to reach out to him. He flat out lied about materials. We would hear that he had them and would be out the next day then crickets. Then he would backtrack and say he DIDN'T have those same materials. When we would repeatedly contact him to come out and do SOMETHING he would literally come for an hour...set 2 posts and leave. At one point the panels that he did set fell into the neighbor's yard with some winds. Took 2 days for him to come and get them out of my neighbor's yard. Crickets again for weeks. Finally the snow is flying and the ground is frozen. We fully understand that 2020 was difficult with materials and the pandemic, however, the lack of communication and overall unprofessionalism was unacceptable. He also has the same complaints pre-pandemic from other customers. We have cut our losses and moved on to a reliable company. Do your due diligence and do not hire this man. I don't understand how he can stay in business. If I could give zero stars I would.
