The team was professional and prompt. They were not the cheapest total bid, but on a "price for the work done" they were the best. The bid included nine supplies, five returns, a gas line for a fireplace, and punching through the side of the house to finish up a bathroom fan exhaust. They showed up on time, ready to rock, and completed the work in one day. They left the gas pressure tester for the inspector, and promised to return on call after the sheetrock went up to install the registers. Very pleased with their work thus far.

Dealing with Nate and Nick was great! The analysis and information they gave was professional and to the point. The installation was done when we needed it, it was completed in less than a day, and we did not have to go without heat during this winter installation.

Daryl from Metro Air came to my brother's house for a 2nd assessment of his boiler. 1st plumber (Hero Plumbing) told my brother his boiler's seals were leaking CO into his house and had shut off his heat. Also quoted him $13,000.00 for a new boiler. Daryl checked my brother's boiler, found NO CO, NO deteriorating seals, and said Hero's quoted replacement costs were 50% more than what is normal. CenterPoint Energy also came out that day and turned my brother's heat back on. They also found no problems with leaking CO. Daryl was very professional and calming.

Great job! We received a call that the techs were on their way and they arrived on time. The utility space is tight but they made it work with no fuss and they did a great job. They cleaned up after their work and were very helpful in walking us through everything. Would definitely hire again!

Today I had a visit by Matt who is very professional and educational, both go a long way in my book. He diagnosed the issue and genuinely cared my issue was resolved. "I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with our service. Our pricing policy has changed since 2015. Currently, we charge $99 for a diagnostic/trip charge, and then we provide the cost for the necessary repairs. I cannot comment further about the work we completed. I do not have a record of you as a customer, and we have no record of us visiting your home at the address listed. As a policy, we now ask customers about their filters when we book a service appointment to avoid failures caused by dirty filters."

Excellent! We found Metro Air after another contractor referred us due to the fact that we were working through another HVAC service provider (via our home warranty) that was terrible to work with. Our heater went out during the coldest part of winter and at the worst time (holidays) and while the heater was replaced, the duct work and detailed HVAC work to go along with the new heater was handled poorly by the other contractor (sloppy work). Frustrated, we were referred to Metro Air and they took it from there. Jeff, Paul, and team were prompt, very knowledgeable (know the code well), and easy to work with. Their estimates were detailed, competitive and on point (i.e. billed what they estimated we would be billed or less in some cases). Throughout a four month period, we had them correct duct work, re-rout various ducts/vents and replace our A/C. We would highly recommend Metro Air to other homeowners.

Metro Air was happy to continue coming out to my house to charge me to refill my unit and never check for leaks. Each time I was charged for a service call and about $50 for each pound of freon that they would put into my unit. After it was discovered that they had not sealed off one of the air returns, I had no doubt that I needed to start looking into other companies to service my a/c. Whenever I asked them to check the unit for leaks, I was always treated as if since I wasn't the and quot;expertand quot; that I had no idea what I was talking about. I had spoken to or directly dealt with no less than 3 members of their staff and each one never gave me a good reason why they wouldn't check for leaks or explain their reasoning why they wanted to continue putting freon in.
Will be contacting my builder to ensure they're aware of the issues I've encountered through the last 3 years and the lack of professionalism and knowledge I've witness with Metro Air.

The technician, Joe, was responsive and arrived to repair our furnace within a few hours. He identified the problem and replaced the motor and blower wheel with parts he had on hand in his truck. He was friendly and had the job done in about a half hour. We were very pleased with the service and price, and will use Metro Air again in the future.

Metro Air is excellent. The staff is efficient and friendly and knowledgeable. Metro Air installed a new heating/cooling system last year, and did an outstanding job. From the time of the initial contact for the estimate, to the time that the work was actually completed was flawless. I recommend them highly.
