There was an odor concern in the house. The company investigated the odor concern and determined what was causing the odor. They are presently in the process of fixing the concern.

KeyLand built my home the end of 2009. From start to finish they were quick to communicate w/me any aspect of the building process. When the closing was delayed due to an unforseen issue w/my bank, they stepped in and were extremely accommodating. Upon final inspection by a 3rd party inspector, it was referenced quite a few times on how well my house was built.
