Mr. Geier returned my call promptly, and we arranged a time for him to pick up my dining chair the following day. The next day he arrived on time, talked with me about the repair, and carefully wrapped the chair in a blanket before leaving. He said he'd return it in three days, knowing we'd like to have it before Christmas. Three days later, he called to make sure I was home, then delivered the chair. The repair was perfect. Mr. Geier did a great job at a very reasonable price, and was punctual and pleasant as well. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.
