The owner, Mark, came to my house and went over all the problem areas. He then quickly & efficiently cleaned my carpets (leaving them almost new looking!!) and was gone within an hour. The night before my appointment, I realized that the schedule time did not work for me and I needed it pushed back an hour. I called their phone number and expected a machine since it was past "normal business hours" but I was greeted by a voice and was told it was not a problem to move the appointment. Very professional all around. Thank you!

They did a great job. Actually got my carpeting clean. That is something the other guys couldn't do. They actually did more than I paid for! I will be calling them in the future, and I recommend that others do the same.

"Thank you for your review. We completed work for you in January of 2012. The total was 19,529 and that price is decided by industry standard insurance pricing. Your basement flooded this year, three years later ? We are very diligent and would never unplug a sump pump as that is most often the first line of defense in our line of work. I'm sorry you had flooding. That is always difficult to deal with."

They showed up on time and did the work that was paid for. The quality was competent but unfortunately they aren't capable of redoing the grout only cleaning so you need to hire a second company to finish the project.

We partner with a great company for clients who need this work done. Tile installers have much better experience with this and have all the tools and know how required to complete such a project. We know our strengths and won't do work of which we don't feel capable."
