The staff who came were young and seemed to work fast in an empty apartment. However, I did not know they would not do the windows. They did a nice job and I would call again if we need a great cleaning. Thank you.

The cleaner did not show up when I was told she would and did not call. This was the third company from HomeAdvisors that had made appointments and not showed up. This was an emergency situation so I was at the end of my rope. A couple of hours after I left a voice mail message and four hours after I expected the cleaner, my call was returned and I was assured she would be here in another hour. I was told the charge would be $70/hour and was charged $350 for 2 hours because it was an emergency. I had planned on $400 for 4 hours but think $200 was kind of high for the last minute job especially since she was so late. I was forced to find a fourth company and then cancel them. This was a very stressful experience.

Cassandra did a great job. We have a ton of woodwork that didn’t get dusted and that was my fault as I did not request that be done. I will not hesitate to have Cassandra back. Great job on short notice! Thank you!

Left a mess that our association, "clean it up or your will be fined", so I had to clean it up myself. They were 3 hours late (6PM)....last job of the day, so I assume they wanted to go home.

I would recommend this company. They were prompt, efficient and priced competitively. They arrived at my house late in the afternoon. It was hard to see due to the sun shining in, so one or two lower level windows were a little hazy. But that was my fault for not walking through before they left. Otherwise, they cleaned inside as well as my screens and did a good job.

They are very efficient, called us the day they came and offered to move their time up tos midday instead of evening slot.

Did quality work, however I was disappointed with them finding what was wrong was not worth the price I paid.

They were prompt and informed us on their Arrive and when they were done. They were on time and very close on the price with the quote.

4 man crew, 2 had no idea what they were doing Windows were put back wrong Adhesive which needed to be removed is still there

Very fair and honest. Only charged for the gutters that needed cleaning and very reasonable.

They did a great job cleaning my windows and screens. It would have been nice if they cleaned up any of the messes from cleaning out the window sills and putting furniture back if it was moved to clean.
