Hired to give estimate, moved equipment into house before i gave ok to clean. Agreed on price of $400 and when he finished, the invoice was $567. He insisted on doing the bedroom and said he would do it for for $50.00. The walkway in 1 bedroom was $175. without moving the bed and dresser. He also refused to clean the urine spots without another $150.00. Todd Van Syde was extremely tall and very intimidating, (and I am not a shrinking flower). I would never have this man in my house again ever.
