Went great. My hot tub is silly big (it was here when we moved in). It is an 8 person, with a cedar cabinet. Oh, so heavy. He had it jacked up on dollies in no time and moved in about 20 minutes. He was very careful and wanted to be sure it was placed exactly where we wanted it. He doesn't do electrical, so he can't hook it back up (he will unhook it though).
