One of those guys that's been around a long time. Maybe too long. He just doesn't know all the things he doesn't know but it doesn't stop his pontification on those subjects. He told people our AAsh trees would all have to be removed, despite their 8 years of treatment which has very successfully kept Emerald Ash borers at bay. At least he complmented out Maple tree. It might have meant more if we had one.

John has given us shrewd and wise counsel for all of our house purchases/sales over the past 20 years. Most recently he has guided us past making mistakes on several houses that we fell in love with and thought we just had to have, despite being over priced with significant/expensive problems found at inspection. In so doing we really did find the perfect home for us at a great price and in a great location. He also got a full price offer for our home in a past transaction after another realtor we considered hiring recommended an asking price $30,000 less. John has many awesome connections for inspectors, mortgage bankers, tradesmen and many others. We highly recommend him!
