Over the course of the past 30 years, American Glass & Mirror has grown from a two-person out-of-home operation into one of the most respected names in glass installation and replacement in the Twin Cities. American Glass & Mirror had replaced a couple of windows for us previously and did a great job. The latest 3 windows were part of the requirement for the sale of the house. The house sold before the window replacement took place; therefore, I am not able to provide input on the level of satisfaction for this replacement. The only downside to window replacement is the extended period of time to get the replacement glass from their source. The windows appear to be standard window sizes so I am surprised that it takes more than a month to get the double pane glass sections to fit the windows.

Unfortunately, it's an industry wide problem at the moment. Orders to suppliers are backed up and it's been hurting our turn around time. All the insulated units are custom made to size, so windows with common dimensions take just as long to get as the oddballs. Thanks again for sharing your feedback and enjoy your new home!"

The order was handled rapidly and the installation was set up for one week later. The workmen were on time, considerate to our home, and made every effort to provide the best possible service. I would definitely use American Glass and Mirror again.

I picked out the door in their Hopkins showroom. Their price was inline with everyone else. They came out and measured and a few weeks later came out and installed the door.

The estimator came on time, and he was able to give me an estimate while he was still at my house. The installer came on time and performed the work in less than the estimated time. We were pleased with the cost and the quality of the work performed. I would recommend this company to others in need of similar work.

They were phenomenal. I was recommended to this company by Polzine Glass and couldn't have been more happier! Within hours of calling Becky at American Glass & Mirror, the owner (Guy) was out to take measurements on a very time sensitive window replacement issue on a late Friday afternoon. Thanks to his quick, and outstanding customer service we were able to have the work completed before our showing deadline. He was a very kind and professional person. The work was done beautifully! It looked new and at a very good price. They beat others prices and I couldn't more happy with the work. They had to special order and everything was done quickly. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Window was fogging up and had a small crack in corner. Called them and they came out promptly and gave estimate and once approved, ordered the window that day and set up appt to come and put window in. Day of installation, they were prompt and fixed window to my complete satisfaction.

This project went well. The price of replacing the glass was considerably less than replacing the entire window and it looks good.

I needed two pieces of glass cut to an exact size. I called around and asked for prices and was told "this job is too small for us". American Glass & Mirror was very accommodating saying "No job is too small for us." I went in early afternoon that same day, placed my order and was called later that afternoon saying it was ready for pick up. Now, if they give service like that, just think what they can do for you no matter what you need. I am planning to use them again within the next week or two for more glass tops.

THE BILLING WENT DIRECTLY TO MY AUTO INSURANCE COMPANY.... SO ALTHOUGH I DON'T KNOW THE AMOUNT CHARGED, NOT NEEDING TO BE INVOLVED IN THE BILLING LEADS ME TO GRADE IT A FOR PRICE.
