Allstar Glass & Mirror

This was our first time calling on Allstar Glass & Mirror, and I would do business with them again.  Lyle was very responsive and professional, and I am satisfied with the mirror we got, in the end.
That said, the purchase wasn't as smooth as I would have liked.  I opted to pick up the mirror from his Prior Lake location, and he loaded it into my vehicle for me.  Since I had chipped the corner of my previous mirror that this new one was replacing, I was very careful in handling the new one.  When I got it home, I had help to unload it from the car, carry it into the house, and hang it in the bathroom.  That is when I noticed that there was a small section along one of the sides that had not been ground/polished, and the light was catching that spot such that I would see it daily.  Thankfully, it was not a chip/break due to handling, but I would have expected a problem like this to be caught before giving it to a customer.  I called Lyle the same day and asked for his guidance, took the mirror off the wall, back to his shop in Prior Lake, and he fixed that while I waited.
I appreciated Lyle's responsiveness to the problem, but ultimately, I had to spend an extra hour and a half of my time before I had the mirror I expected in the first place.  I wish there had been a little compensation for my trouble.  However, I understand that things happen, and still feel that the mirror was a good value and just what I needed.
