They hired three sub contractors to do some of the work. We just found out that one of the sub contractors has filed for a lien against the property because they have not been paid by All Around Bobcat Services. We paid All Around Bobcat in full when the work was completed.

JIM DILL AND HIS ADULT KIDS DID A WONDERFUL JOB CLEARING OUT THIS HUGE MOUND OF JUNK IN A PILE OF BOXELDER TREES AND OLD DOWNED TREES. THEY METICULOUSLY PICKED THROUGH THE PILE OF JUNK, SEPARATED IT AND LEGALLY DUMPED IT. THEN THEY SMOOTHED OUT THE ENTIRE AREA. WE HAD 2 ESTIMATES BOTH COMING IN AT AROUND $3000 IF THERE WAS NO HAZARDOUS WASTE. LUCKILY THERE WASN'T.... JIM KEPT US UP TO DATE AND WHEN HE COULDN'T GET BACK THERE DUE TO RAIN, LET US KNOW AND GOT IN AS SOON AS HE COULD. THEY RETURNED PHONE CALLS RIGHT AWAY AND WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. I PLAN ON HIRING THEM AGAIN TO DO SOME OTHER LANDSCAPING JOBS.
