John (the owner) showed up about 10 minutes early and went to work after I showed him what I wanted to have done. I asked if he could also clean a sofa that I forgot to ask about when I scheduled this. No problem and the entire job was complete in about 2.5 hours. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely use him again when the time comes for another cleaning!

I was given a quote via AngiesList of $110, which is their minimum charge. They were very accommodating to my schedule and need to have the work done relatively soon due to visitors coming. My husband was home for the service. Because we were at the minimum charge, the gentleman offered to clean the area rug in that room as well, as a courtesy, which was a nice bonus! We have 3 dogs and 3 cats so, pet stains & odors are an unavoidable issue in our house. The carpet looks a ton better, almost every single stain appears to be gone, except for one VERY bad dog accident that really only I know the location of. Even it was made much, much fainter. No one else would ever be able to spot it. The whole room smells fantastic, like citrus. The carpet is brighter and softer and was nearly dry when I got home about 7 hours later. My husband also stated the gentleman that did the service was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Overall, I would absolutely recommend AJ Steam Cleaning and will definitely have them back out in the future to clean the rest of the carpets in our home.

AJ was very responsive and was able to provide a quote quickly.  He offered a very competitive price.  He and his son performed the service on time and incredibly well (much better than I expected).  I had never had my carpets professionally cleaned before because I usually do it myself - what a huge difference!  They were able to get all the stains out of the carpet and they looked like new.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

These guys do a great job.  Have used many carpet cleaners over the years and since we started using them, we won't use anyone else.  They have the best results at stain and spot removal and overall cleanliness, along with a quick dry time.

Steam cleaned all carpeting on upper and lower levels of house.  Was able to remove a grease stain and rust spot - now you can't even tell where the stains were.  Also, they discovered candle wax on carpet and removed that completely as well and at no additional charge. Cleaned beige sofa and was able to completely remove large coffee stain.  Had two areas rugs that they cleaned at no charge.  Would hire them again in a minute and highly recommend them to others.

We needed a rush job for a new house purchase and called AJ's on hope of an appointment at extremely short notice.  They went out of their way to help by rearranging their schedule to accommodate our request.  Their service was outstanding.  The 15 year old carpets looked brand new after they finished.  Our hat's off to AJ's and their staff!

They are extremely inexpensive. They are pleasant people to have in the house. They are quick, thorough, and everything looks new.

Bryan and Kyle were on time. Bryan explained what they were going to do and then they started. Very professional..Outstanding results. Our rugs have never been cleaned so good. You will not be disappointed. They are the best.

Excellent. Our desire was to have clean carpets for our baby & remove cat hair & cat vomit stains. I called John on a Wednesday & he accommodated my work schedule to clean our carpets on Monday. Since he's been in business since 1975 & works the entire Twin Cities, he called when he was leaving his shop to let us know he was in route. John & his son arrived on time in their white truck. As in the past, John is very professional, cordial, clean & considerate to our pets. He explained in advance what they were going to do. He moved our furniture as necessary & replaced with protective pads to not damage our furniture. John offered to Scotchgard our carpet, but said we didn't need it because we have commercial carpeting. We appreciated his advice. They removed a stubborn tar/shoe stain in our dining room. My wife, who has an extra sensitive nose during her pregnancy, noticed the fresh smell of cleaned carpets when she arrived home. I was extremely happy. I recommend his services.
