They were prompt and created a high quality product. It can be a little difficult to reach someone by phone, so you may find yourself playing phone tag a bit.

Our parking pad was installed on the scheduled day with only a few problems.

The crew was on time-early even- and did a great job. Everyone was very pleasant to work with and offered helpful advice for future projects. I'm getting lots of positive comments from clients about how well the project turned out. I will definately use Glen in the future.

I had a great experience. They came when they said they would and completed the job faster than I thought. I was very satisfied with the work and the price.

The driveway was done on schedule in the time-frame given. I would have liked to have a confirmation call the day before the driveway install. Then, when the guy came back a couple of days later to saw out the control joints, I would have liked a call advising me of the time; as it was he came over at 9:00am on a Saturday morning and I had no time to warn my neighbor.

These guys did a great job. I really appreciated that they came out to give us an estimate on the work in person and were very courteous through out the entire project. The work itself is excellent quality - we had concrete front steps demoed and then new ones poured. Above Quality came in about $200 - $300 less than the four other contractors we contacted for this job - so the savings were really nice. There was a slight bit of a mess to clean up afterwards, but probably nothing out of the ordinary. As for timeliness - they called to say they would be able to start the job a day early (which they did) but didn't show up when they said they would either on the early day or the day they were normally scheduled to work on our steps. Never the less - the project was completed on time and to our complete satisfaction. I would work with this company again in the future.

Glenn provided more information about the project & knowledge for myself then 5 other companies doing estimates. The team of workers actually showed early, all were very nice & left the sight very clean. I have already referred the company to 2 others. Their quality of craftsmanship is beyond 5 stars. I would definitely use them again for any masonry projects!!!!!

we had to initiate calls to owner to confirm work schedule. Two days workers were only at house half day. Workers left bucket of mortar, piece of wood and cigarette butts around foundation. However, in the end we were pleased with the work and the workers were courteous.

Concrete driveway was scheduled and completed satisfactorly, but the area that was curved to transition to the alley height looked like it was overworked. Sure enought the next year, that area is spalling (crumbling). It was obviously a case of overworking and bring too much water to the surface. I will try and edit this next week and include pictures.
