THEY USE EQUIPMENT THAT IS TOO HEAVY, SMASHING MY LAWN. THE LAWN LOOKS HORRIBLE. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND LEFT A MESSAGE. HE DOES MY SNOW REMOVAL AND I WILL HAVE HIM BACK FOR THAT, BUT NOT FOR THE LAWN.
