Troy was thorough and professional. He left no stone unturned. Our house is over 100 years old and huge and full of cracks where bats can get in. To completely seal the house was an enormous job. He guarantees his work for three years. We had a bat after a year and a half and true to his word he came back and found the entry point and sealed it. He has also come annually to recheck for signs of bats and has provided free consultation on our mouse problem as well. I found him online and had no prior contact with him. He has proven himself to be honest, punctual, and very well informed. I believe he has saved us money in the long run, and would recommend him highly.
