First off what a WONDERFUL job. Wonderful Customer service arrived on time during the window time frame we were given. Explained everything in detail as to how they were going to work thru the parking lot. Darin, Neil and Nate were wonderful guys got the job done quick and made sure it was good to how they wanted it to look. I look forward to working with Erickson Asphalt with the rest of the rental property lots. Thank you so much again for a job well done.

September 2016 Erickson asphalt services They didn’t care if the base of my driveway was to wet they paved anyway. That is why my driveway did and continues to fail .They do not honor any defects in their materials/Workmanship. Without a fight .They say that isn’t under warranty. Finally in the summer of 2017 after contacting them since the previous March. 16 spots where my New asphalt driveway was sinking were patched. The owner Brian showed up at our driveway before the patches and didn’t know we were kneeling down and Brian said what should I Urinate( that’s the Polite word for it) on there driveway to the asphalt men with him and laughed about it, Then tried to lie once he realized we heard the comment. Then he later on denied it in court and blamed it on the asphalt company reps. They only agreed to Fix what they called tire marks that were truly potholes , if we amended a bad review on a different site , With reminders to us and even stated in court this wasn’t a warranty fix. Which in all actuality these were potholes and were under warranty per their own contract which was determined and had to be pointed out by the judge in civil court on 6/18/2018. This is why in Small claims court the judge sided with the company because they followed the contract (unknowingly )and fixed the potholes with patches . BUT THE DRIVE WAY IS STILL FAILING I don’t think my husband and I made that clear in court .I think it was just assumed We took the company to court because of the way and how horrible our driveway looks .BUT More potholes are forming and the patches are sinking along With indentations numerous marks .The judge sided with the Defendant (them) With severe reservations she said. The judge told one of owners , the only one in court , the drive way looks horrible . He should be ashamed of it .She asked him is this what they want their calling card to be .We plan to appeal ,which the business is aware of. I’m Waiting On the judgment decision from the court and the geotechnical engineers to contact me back. There is still over 3 years left on the 5 year warranty for workmanship .So we do have protection.Plus I don’t think anyone in either party would deny that the judge said it was warrantied and this had been a problem in the past . But Please Beware all this company did to us was push for money and do work when they seen fit and treat us terrible .They do not return emails in a timely manner when I had a complaint, they did not show up when they’re supposed to when it came to complaints when they were suppose to.They did not care if the work on the “driveway”was Quality or not ! They were not honest with us about after patching ,that seal coating early would blend the patching in ,that the patching would not be Visible .I Did everything I possibly could I begged and pleaded with this company to please fix our driveway .We contacted the Better Business Bureau ,the attorney general , The federal trade commission .To try to help us mediate to avoid court .Tried to Mediate at court . It was all refused. When it is Preferred to They In the above review I’m referring to the owners . All the Laborers that were at my home that I dealt with were pleasant to deal with it. The owners were not .

My husband tried calling them again Aug. 11, 2014. He talked to Brian. Brian said they had no record of me calling. He blamed us for not getting the driveway saw cut. Something that was never suggested to me. This company needs a class in customer service. Brian was very rude to my husband and hung up on him. Second review. Hopefully it will last longer then the first seal coating. It looked better then the last time. Time will tell. I must say the Brian ( employee not owner) was very pleasant and professional!

We gave them 1/2 down and didn't see them for 6 weeks. When they finished I thought it looked fine. My husband complained as soon as he saw it. Many tiny holes not filled. The price was a little higher then the other estimate but he told me the product that they used was better then any other company. He seemed very knowledgable. In the spring many of the cracks were back. There were areas that just flaked off for no apparent reason. I called and complained and was told, and quot;it was a tough winter.and quot; She told me they would send someone out to look at it. We haven't heard from them or seen them since. We would never use them again for seal coating. It was a waste of $800.00.

He told me their product would hold up longer and better than competitors. It took them 2 months to come out after us paying 1/2 down.
The following spring there were many openings in the cracks. I called and complained. They said and quot;it was a tough winterand quot; that they would have somebody come out and look at it. Nobody came and we haven't heard from them.

The guys came out early on Friday morning and resurfaced our very long (320+ feet) driveway. They actually took less time than they stated and the driveway is great now. They were all polite and professional. I will be using them again in the spring when we get asphalt put down.

They came in a month and a half ago and graded out the old driveway. They went down 6 inches, and then came in and did the asphalt. They put on a little thicker asphalt than most of the companies out there. It's just fantastic, I couldn't have asked for a better driveway. Their cleanup was great, you'd never even have known they were there. They came out when they said they would, and their price was good. I could've probably gotten a better price, but whether the work would've been comparable or not, I'm not sure.
