great, they were done in about 2 hours

Crew was punctual and got right to work. Overall very positive experience. My only complaint was that the company did not offer the types of soffits/gutters that I wanted, so we selected another company for that service.

He fit us quickly into his schedule, so eight days after the contract was signed,the work was completed. During the estimate, he showed us how the existing shingles were cracked and encouraged us to file a warranty claim. He is assisting with that.

The work was done quickly and the cleanup was well done. One of his workers accidentally started removing shingles from a small shed next to the garage, so he reshingled that at no extra change.

Our gutters were 20 years old and leaked badly at the joints. We have not had significant rain since then so they haven't been tested, but we were told to call him if they did.

This company had done some work for my mother-in-law a year ago. There, as here, they were easy to work with, and did their job well/

They were local and very polite. The person who scheduled the appointment showed up on time. They went over the process. They gave me a business card. When they said they're going to email me the quote, they emailed me the quote very promptly and I had no problems with them. The only issue was I didn't have any options besides using the credit card.

This is the second time I've used Wright in 20 years. Both roofs were replaced due to hail damage. I chose Wright based on their fair price (I got two other quotes), and my satisfaction with their work in the past. The company did the job quickly and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Tom Anderson worked with me to select materials and estimate the work. He was at the work site, and followed up with me afterward. I get up on the roof a couple times a year, and am satisfied that they do good work

They did well. Their follow up was pretty good and the job turned out fine.

Overall experience was good. Timing was not precise. Phone call was not returned until 2nd day. One day job promised was extended to two days. Nothing unreasonable occurred. Summer is busy roofing season. Price was very good.
