Pyxis Solutions was started in 2003 and has always maintained a “small company” approach to every project with every new and prospective client. We design, sell, install, and service all areas of home technology systems including; home theaters, multi-room music systems, security and surveillance systems, central vacuum, home networks, home automation, phone, cable, satellite wiring and more for new construction, remodel, and existing homes. Professional job each time. Looks great, works great. I have no idea how he got the wires run inside my walls from the basement on one side of my house, to the main level on the other side of my house. No dangling wires. Security when I'm not at home via my phone application. I checked things out while I was Mexico! Trouble-shooting over the phone solves most of my human error problems.

He was running a little bit late but phoned to let us know. Once he arrived he was professional, made sure he understood what needed to be done, completed the hook up, tested the system, and showed us how to work everything. He then had us do everything so that he was sure we knew how to operate it. Told us to call if we had questions. There was one problem with one component five minutes after he left. We called, he came back and was happy to take care of it. He completed the work in under the time estimated and at the cost quoted. We would use him again.

Peter and Alan were great to work with! We had 3 companies come to our house to recommend a home theater system for our living room and felt that Pyxis Solutions offered the best recommendations at a competitive price. They took the time to listen to what was important to us and had the experience to provide great tips and suggestions --> walking us through the trade offs of various options. After deciding to work with Pyxis, they did a very nice job installing all of the equipment. They were consistently on-time and always cleaned up before leaving. In the end, we've been very happy with our new system and definitely recommend Pyxis to others!

They were very professional from start to finish. All hookups were very neat and organized. All wires were run through my existing walls so you can not see them. They were very prompt returning phone calls and answering questions. They suggested equipment that was within my budget and were very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the differences in features. They were also very thorough when it came to cleaning up when they were done for the day. All work was completed when they said it would be, and there were no surprises when it came to the final bill.

WE REMODELED OUR HOME TO THE STUDS AND BACK UP AGAIN. PLUS WE PUT AN ADDITION ONTO OUR HOME. IN ALL OF THIS WE HAVE USED 50 PLUS SUBS. SADLY THERE ARE VERY FEW THAT WE WOULD USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. HOWEVER, PYXIS SOLUTIONS DOES NOT FIT INTO THAT CATEGORY. THEIR LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM, EXCEPTIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND OVER AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE WON US OVER FOR GOOD. ALAN THOMAS AND JORDAN BENNETT WERE EASY TO WORK WITH AND HAVE IN OUR HOME. IF WE WANTED TO LOWER THE PRICE THEY WOULD GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND STILL A GREAT PRODUCT AT A LOWER COST. I REALLY HAVE NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY ABOUT THEM.
