The deck floor didn't match the railings and posts that had been done earlier. In fact the deck was in two different shades of gray, neither one of which matched the original choice of color that was on railings and posts. The next deck floor turned out baby blue! My husband finally went to Sherwin Williams himself to get the correct stain that we wanted and to make sure that the right code was applied. Then my husband offered to pay Pride the rest of the money if they would complete the job. We haven't received any response. Paul Christianson was very nice and seems to be very professional as well as discounting the price since the deck didn't match but his helpers weren't always good at staining (with the exception of Holly who was very good). The other problem was lack of communication. At no time did they arrive when we were assured that they would be at our house to work. Communication wasn't very good even though it was always cordial. Now we'll have to do the final coat with the right color ourselves.

Paul Christianson is a professional. He makes certain that his painting/staining crew is careful and that the painting or staining is the best. He checks on progress often and deals directly with the paint or stain supplier. I would recommend PRIDE to anyone wanting painting or staining to be done at their home or business.
