NMC Exteriors & Remodeling

After the hailstorm of June 2017, our neighbors used NMC Exteriors and recommended them to us. I’m so glad that they did. From the start, Jon, Luke, and their team were so easy to work with. Since there were so many houses needing a roof directly after this storm, we had to wait until spring of 2018 to actually have our roof replaced. The day our roof was installed, the crew was here by 7 a.m. and was completely done with installing and cleaning the area by 1:30 p.m. I was astonished at their efficiency and the roof looks amazing. Jon and Luke’s response to any of my questions was so timely, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, start to finish, NMC made the project of getting a new roof installed as painless as it possibly could have been. After a storm like that, we had many people knocking on our door saying they could replace our roof. I’m so glad we went with NMC Exteriors and if we ever need anything else done to the outside of our house, we will absolutely be calling them. They are a trustworthy company that does an amazing job. What more could you ask for from a contractor??

Very well. They were very professional and friendly. They handled all the insurance folderol and getting the mortgage company to endorse the insurance checks. They cleaned up after themselves - twice.

After the storm, we had quite a few ?storm chasers?
come to our home promising to get everything fixed for us and promising they?d
the best option for us.  But we felt leery
hiring someone to work on our home that didn?t live in the area and who was
obviously more interested in getting a lot of people signed up than giving
people individualized attention.
We were talking with one of our neighbors in the
midst of interviewing potential contractors and they suggested we call Kim
Parchem from NMC Exteriors and Remodeling in Buffalo (looks like they're located in Plymouth now).  We called Kim and he agreed to come out to
take a look at our damage and tell us what he could do for us.  That was the last call we made concerning
contractors because we liked Kim immediately. 
He was professional, experienced, compassionate, informed, and we knew
without question that he would be the best choice for us.
Not only did we like Kim personally, but we liked
the idea of having a local company do the repairs on our home.  The first reason is that we think it?s
important to support local businesses. 
And secondly, when it comes to something as important and complex as
your home, you want someone who is local and available to answer all the
questions you have as you go on this construction journey because local
businesses care about their community ? and that was shown time and time again
by Kim.  Kim was readily accessible by
phone and when we needed him to come over for some reason, he was there.  Our home is now repaired and looks
beautiful.  Kim treated our home as if it
was his own.  He really cared about
everything from the big picture to the tiniest details ? and we appreciated
that level of commitment.
We couldn?t have asked for a better person than Kim
to get our house back to the way it was before the storm.  He exceeded our expectations as far as the
repair on the house, his personal expertise on construction and dealing with
insurance companies, working with us on small upgrades that we wanted done, and
his accessibility by phone and personal meetings.   He oversaw all aspects of construction.  All the people that worked on the home from
the roofers, to the window installers were friendly, exceptionally skilled, punctual,
and they all cleaned up after themselves.  . 
We highly recommend Kim and NMC for any storm damage
or any other construction or remodeling you would want done on your home.  Kim Parchem?s name will be the one we give to
anyone who asks us personally for referrals. 
And if we need any storm damage repairs done in the future, or any
elective construction or remodeling done on our home, he will be the first and
the only call we make!
