+ -1 moreWhen I logged in to my account at the end of the year, I saw that all the money I had been contributing to the account was sitting, unmanaged, in a money market fund, instead of being managed and invested by NFP. Certainly not worth the $91 in management fees that I was charged. I contacted NFP by phone and email, and I've heard nothing from them except an apology from an assistant. I've closed my account and will be investing elsewhere.
Description of Work: NFP was managing a college savings fund for my son for 5 years.
