Two years after they did the roof when we went up on the roof to install cameras we found composite shakes that were broken and the flashing was put on the outside of the broken shakes around the dormer. We have been calling him for two years to try and get him to come back out and complete the job. Every year he says he'll be out he has never shown up. You wouldn't believe the pictures if I showed you. Unreal! And I have a typewritten receipt saying I paid additional to have this done. How does that work?
