They have a lot of 5 star reviews because they buy them. They did this to my friend. The plumber added $20 to her bill and then gave her a â  discount in exchange for a 5 star review. No joke. Canâ  t buy me. They rescheduled my initial visit 30 minutes after it was supposed to begin. Didnâ  t clean up after themselves (metal shards all over my basement), started the longest part of the job last because they â  didnâ  t knowâ  I wanted it done, and left twice to get parts because they didnâ  t come prepared.

I went online at 8am and they called me at 9 and were at my house by 12. Amazing all around. Toilet issue, sink issue and no hot water in shower all fixed in 45 minutes. Technician Tom was a riot. Thumbs up

Alex did a thorough job explaining what he was doing and made recommendations for preventive maintenance in the future. He powered through some hiccups which included our two cats. Good job!

The plumber that came out was very friendly, and completed the work in a timely manner. The cost of replacing my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal was what I expected. Overall I am satisfied and would hire again for plumbing needs.

They were easy to work with. They found the problems and were able to fix a few of them without replacing expensive parts, which I appreciated.

I have given 1 Star as the charges are very low $49 per visit Hold on. They do not do any repair. Just advise to replace the faucets and quote very high prices. This I know already and I contracted homedepot installer to replace with new ones at half the price

Mark's Plumbing called me within minutes and came out the same day to look at my horrifying rusty washer box. Next morning they were there with the parts and fixed it and also put in the braided steel washer hoses they advised me to buy (they could have up-charged me for those and didn't). They did an awesome job with the drywall so that it won't need repair. Plumber was a great guy, old-school expert with pride in his work. I would definitely call them again.

Mark called about 2 minutes after I entered the quote request. He gave me a guesstimate highlighting that it could change after arriving to do the actual work. I agreed and scheduled to have them come today. Tom arrived and looked at all the little jobs I had, and gave me a closer estimate. As he had to take apart some things to see what the problem was, I knew that estimate may be low. I did have to have a couple of more intensive fixes, but even so, the estimate was very close. I do not begrudge the extra cost, because Tom worked hard on each job and totally deserved what they were asking. I'm very pleased with the quality of work and the effort he put forth. I also appreciate all of the contact from the company to let me know when Tom would be arriving. Again, thanks for a great bunch of guys at Mark's Plumbing!

Mark was apologetic & sincere enough but the fellow he sent to clear our drains did a very poor job.he refunded the money when the sub contractor could not fix the problem.

Fabulous service on a very cold Sunday afternoon. Mark himself came when I had a plumbing back-up after working all night fixing frozen pipes. - Awesome!!
