Kerby and Cristina were absolutely wonderful!
We were lucky enough to work with both Kerby and Cristina throughout our real estate process.
We started working with Cristina two years ago when we were contemplating making a potential move. She sat down with us and we discussed what we wanted/needed in our next home. She was very thorough and asked us lots of things we would not have thought about on our own. After that meeting she set us up with a portal and allowed us to watch our designated areas for houses that peaked our interest. She checked in with us, but was never pushy about the process as we were still, truly, in the "I don't know what we want to do" phase.
After a year or so of watching the market, we spoke with Kerby and Cristina and decided to build a home. They put us in touch with HBRE, who were also fantastic, and we decided on a custom build. Once this was decided, Kerby helped us find and purchase the perfect lot to build our home on. He was knowledgeable and speedy on the purchasing process. When it came time to sell our home, Kerby (and team) were fantastic. They walked us through the whole process and sent in a stager to walk through our house with us and give us suggestions on how to spiff the house up to get top dollar. They also had a professional photographer come in to capture the house. These pictures were AMAZING. Their marketing material was great, although we didn't end up needing it. We had an OVER ASK PRICE offer within NINE HOURS of listing our house. Fabulous!
