I hired Hardwire to fix a botched security system job that another company failed to finish. They had impeccable customer service from the very moment someone answered their phone. I found the receptionist to be very very helpful and knowledgeable about their abilities and schedule (not as common as you'd think). The tech showed up the next day, was able to isolate the problems and immediately got to work. It was clear from the beginning he was a professional. He cleaned up after himself well and left. They charged a fair price and I felt I got more than what I paid for, especially given my previous experience.
